The Anti-Corruption Behavior Survey (SPAK) is one of the BPS surveys under the Deputy for Social Statistics of BPS RI. This survey aims to measure the assessment, knowledge, behavior and anti-corruption of individuals in Indonesia. SPAK also aims to measure the extent of the culture of zero tolerance towards corrupt behavior. Corruption The behavior studied in SPAK is at the root of the culture of corruption, such as the habit of bribing, paying peace money, giving kickbacks, taking advantage of insiders, giving gifts, paying rates outside the provisions, and so on.
SPAK is implemented throughout Indonesia. In Cirebon Regency, in 2024 the number of SPAK samples will be 7 census blocks, namely Tanjung Anom Village and Cilengkrang Girang Village (Kapaleman District), Cipeujeuh Wetan Village (Lemahabang District), Kecomberan Village (Talun District), Tegalwangi Village ( Weru District), Bungko Village (Kapetakan District) and Jungjang Wetan Village (Arjawinangun District). The number of officers is 6 people, 4 people as field enumerators (PCL) and 2 people as field supervisors/inspectors (PML). The 2024 SPAK field census schedule is April 22 - May 22 2024.
The results of this SPAK are used to calculate figures/Anti-corruption Behavior Index (IPAK) and this IPAK can only be used for estimates at the national level. The IPAK value ranges from 0-5. The closer to 5 the better. This means that society behaves more anti-corruption. In 2023, the IPAK value will be 3.92; experienced a slight decrease compared to 2022 (3.93).
Hopefully the 2024 SPAK field data collection will run smoothly and produce quality data to support an Indonesia free from corruption.
