SKD Survey Results 2024

Excellent service is one of the obligations of the State Civil Apparatus in serving the community. Likewise, BPS, in accordance with the Statistics Law no. 16 of 1997, is tasked with providing basic statistical data.
In serving the requests of data users, BPS has formed PST (Integrated Statistics Services) in every BPS office, both at the center, province, and district/city. This PST is the spearhead of data services to the community seeking statistical data.
Every year, BPS holds a SKD (Data Needs Survey) to determine the dynamics of services at PST. Through SKD, many indicators are obtained in services at PST. Among them, the level of consumer satisfaction of data users with BPS PST services, the profile of PST service users and as one of the compilers of IPAK (Anti-Corruption Perception Index).
