Training for SHPBG Survey 2024

Today, January 11 2024, BPS Cirebon Regency held Training on Data Collection for the 2024 Producer Price Survey. This activity was carried out in the Agro Room of the BPS Cirebon Regency Office Jl. Sunan Kalijaga No. 4 Sumber, Cirebon Regency, and attended by 11 training participants (partners and organic). Cirebon Regency BPS Supervisor Statistics, Wawan Yuswana, served as a training instructor.
This SHP training was opened directly by the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency, Judiharto TrisnadiTrisnadi, and accompanied by the Young Expert Statistician of BPS Cirebon Regency, Sujono and Eka Nuraini. In his direction, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency said that Producer Prices are very important to always be monitored and recorded properly because the activity of recording producer prices produces the Producer Price Index which is an economic indicator that is able to show the behavior of each good and service so that it can be used as a basis. making government policies or analytical tools for economists and researchers. Formation of the price of a good or service itself first starts from the producer level.
The Head of BPS Cirebon Regency continued that the general aim of this training was to train officers in producing Producer Price Index (PPI) data which is used as an early warning system for price fluctuations at the next price level. According to him, once again the role of the IHP is very important because it is used to support the preparation of the BPS balance of payments in calculating economic growth.
Meanwhile, specifically, the aim of this training is to improve the ability of enumerators to understand the concept of definitions and procedures for filling out questionnaires so that enumerators are trained and reliable in obtaining quality field data.
To maintain data quality, the Cirebon Regency BPS Distribution SHP Team continues to strive to make improvements and refinements in conducting surveys using the CAPI method which is implemented throughout the Cirebon Regency area.
