This morning, Monday 11 September 2023, BPS Cirebon Regency held a roll call. This morning assembly is routinely held every Monday morning.
The production statistics team had the opportunity to officiate today's ceremony. The head of the production statistics team, Joko Mulyanto, acts as Apple Supervisor. He read out a message from the Director of Price Statistics of BPS RI at the BPS RI Apple which was also held this morning in Jakarta.
In his message, the Director of Price Statistics of BPS RI conveyed the following things:
1. Economic growth in the second quarter grew by 51.7%, greater than economic growth in the first quarter of 2023.
2. Growth is driven by the performance of the processing industry and trade sectors.
3. This achievement cannot be separated from the role of MSMEs.
4. BPS, in collaboration with the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs, conducted complete data collection on MSMEs in 215 regencies/cities spread across all provinces except DIY and Bali.
5. One MSME data is expected to be the basis for policy making regarding MSME empowerment by 29 Ministries/Institutions.
6. Complete data collection on MSMEs is carried out door to door using the CAPI method, geotagging and photos are carried out for MSME/cooperative buildings.
7. Complete data will be obtained by name by address for MSMEs as a basis for planning the 2026 Economic Census.
