Employment Situation of Cirebon Regency

The number of labor force in 2024 was 1,261.78 thousand people, an increase of 69.42 thousand people compared to 2023 of 1,192.36 thousand people. The Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) increased by 3.11 percentage points from 66.16 percent to 69.27 percent. The working population is 1,176.78 thousand people, an increase of 75.69 thousand people from 2023 of 1,101.09 thousand people. The employment field that experienced the largest increase was the service sector employment (53.21 thousand people). Meanwhile, the employment sector that experienced the lowest increase was the agriculture sector (4.06 thousand people).
