Technical Guidance on Governance and Publication of Cirebon Smart Village Data

The Cirebon Regency Statistics Agency (BPS), through its Sectoral Statistics Advisory Team, was appointed as a resource person for the Cirebon Smart Village Data Governance and Publication Technical Guidance event organized by the Cirebon Regency Communications and Informatics Office (Diskominfo) from October 27-30, 2025.
This technical guidance event took place in five sub-districts, with 16 villages participating in each location. The sub-districts participating in this training were Kedawung, Plumbon, Arjawinangun, Lemahabang, and Pabedilan.
Smart Village is a data presentation/publication (dissemination) system program using an open-source website managed by the Cirebon Regency Diskominfo. The goal is to enable villages to build their own websites so that data presentation in the village can be easily accessed and utilized by data users.
The Statistics Advisory Team from the Cirebon Regency Statistics Agency (BPS) responsible for this activity is Setia Budhi, Silvia Rahmi, Nike Dwi Putri, Hartono Budi Darmawan, and Harri Ramdhani. The Smart Village Technical Guidance (Bimtek) focused on village statistics administration and data quality. The hope is that villages will be able to build statistical systems with quality data in accordance with statistical business processes (GSBPM).
