This theme emphasizes the importance of the involvement of all elements of society in building quality and inclusive education.

'Universal Participation to Realize Quality Education for All' reflects the spirit of collaboration between the government, educators, students, families, and the wider community to jointly create a fair and equitable education system.

Through active participation from all parties, it is hoped that education in Indonesia will be able to become a strong foundation for the birth of a superior and competitive next generation.
