At the end of February, the Cirebon Regency BPS Bureaucratic Reform Team, led by an Associate Expert Statistician, Yanti Heryanti and Change Champion / Change Agent, Nike Dwi Putri, held an NgobraZ! activity. 2. Governance arrangement
3. Structuring the human resource management system (HRM)
4. Strengthening performance accountability
5. Strengthening supervision
6. Improving the quality of public services

Bureaucratic reform itself aims to create a positive, clean and accountable work culture. Bureaucratic reform also aims to improve the quality of public services, reduce corruption, and improve employee performance.
