Visit of Head of BPS Cirebon Regency to Diskominfo Kab. Cirebon

Today, Thursday, January 4 2023, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency, Judiharto Trisnadi together with the BPS Cirebon Regency IPDS Team, made a working visit to the Cirebon Regency Communication and Information Office. During this visit, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency was accompanied by the Associate Expert Statistician of BPS Cirebon Regency, Yanti Heryanti and the Head of the IPDS Team, Adam Akhmad, along with the IPDS team.
The team from BPS was received by the Head of the Cirebon Regency Communications and Information Service, who was accompanied by the Head of Statistics, Encryption and E-Government, Endang Sri Pujiastuti and his staff.
On this occasion, the head of the Cirebon Regency BPS IPDS Team explained the BPS work plan for 2024 which is related to the Cirebon Regency Diskominfo as data guardian. Among the activities that will be implemented in the near future by BPS is the publication of Regions in Figures (DDA) 2024, which is the BPS ARC (Advanced Release Calendar) in February. This ARC publication is a BPS "promise" to the public which must be released on time. BPS Cirebon Regency, in this case the IPDS team, in collaboration with Diskominfo Cirebon Regency, plans to hold an FGD (Focus Group Discussion) related to DDA by inviting all SKPD/OPD as data producers at the regional level.
The Head of SPe-Gov Diskominfo Cirebon Regency, who represents the Head of the Communication and Information Department as data guardian, emphasized his commitment to collaborate and assist BPS in the release of the DDA. This is very important because currently all data sent by data producers (SKPD/OPD/Dinas) has been managed into one door by Diskominfo as Data Guardian.
Furthermore, the Cirebon Regency BPS Young Expert Statistics, Yahya Ubaid, explained BPS activities in 2024 related to Diskominfo, such as Evaluation of Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS), Metadata Training and Romantic activities (Statistical Recommendations). Hopefully the synergy and collaboration between BPS Cirebon Regency and Diskominfo Cirebon Regency will improve so that it will have a good impact on statistical progress in Cirebon Regency.
