On Monday, November 25, 2024, the Cirebon Regency BPS Office was visited by the Central Statistics Agency's Job Evaluation Team.
The working visit of the team from the Bureau of Personnel was led by Desti Rahayu (Young Civil Servant Human Resources Analyst), who was accompanied by team members, Aprilia Uswatun (First Civil Servant Human Resources Analyst & Purnama (First Legal Analyst).
The Functional Position Evaluation and Socialization Activity was opened by the Head of the General Sub-Division of the BPS of Cirebon Regency, Rohana Susiawati, who represented the Head of the BPS of Cirebon Regency.
The purpose of this activity is to evaluate whether functional officials at the BPS of Cirebon Regency have carried out their work in accordance with the duties and functions of their functional positions.
In addition, the Functional Position Evaluation Team from BPS RI also provided socialization regarding the Functional Official Data Collection Instrument in order to complete the proposed job evaluation documents.
This activity was attended by representatives of employees who hold the functional positions of Statistician, Statistical Assistant and Computer Administrator at the BPS of Cirebon Regency.
As is known, each BPS employee has a certain type of work according to the functional position they hold. And these functional positions must be mapped properly in each work unit.
These Functional Positions will be evaluated periodically by BPS RI through job information data collection activities, one of which is by interviewing employees and through employee data collection instruments developed by the BPS Personnel Bureau.
