2023 Year End Evaluation Meeting

This morning, Thursday, December 28 2023, all BPS Cirebon Regency employees took part in the 2023 End of Year Evaluation Service Meeting in the Cirebon Regency BPS Hall.
The meeting was opened and chaired directly by the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency, Judiharto Trisnadi. In his direction, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency provided an evaluation of the achievements that had been achieved. There are various organizational achievements that are good and must be maintained, but there are also achievements that must be improved in quality.
He hopes that all BPS employees can know the common goals and targets that the organization must achieve, accompanied by efforts (action) to achieve them. He also advised that individual employee performance must always be maintained, even if it needs to be improved, because individual performance greatly influences organizational performance.
On this occasion, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency hopes that in 2024, all employees will be prepared to carry out a very busy agenda of activities, with an increased culture of good work discipline.
Today's meeting also included several activities, such as giving awards, sending off employees and the Annual Member Meeting of the Cirebon Regency BPS Employee Cooperative.
