BPS carried out ST2023 Data Anomaly Ground Check activities on 19-21 September 2023
September 23, 2023 | BPS Activities
Field data collection for the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) has been completed. The next ST2023 business process is coding editing and document entry processes, or what is better known as data processing. After data processing has been completed, there will definitely be data anomalies or irregularities that arise from the results of data collection in the field. This anomalous data must be checked again for correctness in the field so that it can be explained properly and does not cause data bias.
BPS carried out the ST2023 Data Anomaly Ground Check activity on 19-21 September 2023. All BPS organic employees were involved in this Ground Check activity. The aim is none other than to maintain the quality of ST2023 data.
In his instructions regarding the ST2023 Ground Check, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency, Judiharto Trisnadi, reminded GC ST2023 officers to record data anomaly phenomena in the field, and correct document entries if data collection errors occur. He advised that to maintain the quality of ST2023 data, all data anomalies must be explained well so that ST2023 can produce quality data.
The plan is that after the ST2023 Ground Check process is carried out, the results will be immediately entered by the entry operator at the ST2023 Data Processing Center.
