Following visits from the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of West Bandung Regency, the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Kuningan Regency, and the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Sumedang Regency, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Beautiful Village (Love Statistics) of Karangwangun was visited by the Beautiful Village Development Team from three regencies/cities in West Java. The three regencies/cities were Bogor City, Sukabumi City, and Subang Regency.
As is known, Karangwangun Village, Babakan District, was named the Best Beautiful Village (Love Statistics) in West Java Province in 2025 by BPS. This award is the result of the hard work and extraordinary enthusiasm of the Karangwangun Village Statistics Agents who successfully established a robust statistical system in the village.
The Beautiful Village Development Team from the three regencies/cities was led by the Heads of the respective BPS Regencies/Cities: Gandari Adianti (BPS Bogor City), Saman (BPS Subang Regency), and Dani Jaelani (BPS Sukabumi City).
On this occasion, the Village Head of Karangwangun, Taufik Islami, expressed his honor at the visit by the Beautiful Village Development Team from three regencies/cities in West Java. He also shared stories with the group regarding the state of statistical data in the village before and after the Beautiful Village development by the Cirebon Regency Statistics Agency (BPS).
Similarly, the Karangwangun Village Statistics Agent, Yan Hardiyan, enthusiastically shared his experience participating in the Beautiful Village development program from BPS.
Yanti Heryanti, an Associate Statistician at the Cirebon Regency BPS, representing the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency, expressed his gratitude for the visit by the Beautiful Village Development Team from three regencies/cities and expressed his hope that Karangwangun Village would continue to maintain data quality for the advancement of village development.
