HSN DWP BPS Cirebon Regency Video

September 21, 2025 | Other Activities

In commemoration of National Statistics Day (HSN) 2025, the Dharma Wanita Persatuan BPS (Cirebon District Statistics Agency) created a video for the DWP video competition held by the West Java Province Statistics Agency (BPS).

This video tells the story of the independence of Indonesian women who are able to perform work that generates income for themselves or to support their families.

In fact, there is currently a phenomenon called "female breadwinners," namely women who are the backbone of their families by being the main worker (the only one working in the family or having the highest income). According to BPS data, 1 in 10 Indonesian workers, or approximately 14.37% of workers, is a female breadwinner.
