The 2025 Desa Cantik Development Program

On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, the Beautiful Village Development Team (Cinta Statistik) of the Cirebon Regency Statistics Agency (BPS), led by Yanti Heryanti, an Associate Statistician, visited Karangwangun Village, Babakan District, as part of the 2025 Beautiful Village development program.
As is known, this year, Karangwangun Village was nominated by the Cirebon Regency BPS to become a Beautiful Village at the national level.
Karangwangun Village has achieved numerous achievements in statistical data management under the Beautiful Village development program. This was confirmed by the Karangwangun Village Village Head, Taufik Islami. He stated that Karangwangun Village's participation as a Beautiful Village under the guidance of the Cirebon Regency BPS has benefited significantly, such as website-based population data management and the presentation of more up-to-date village monographs.
Despite their busy schedules with priority village services, the Karangwangun Village Statistics Agents are always enthusiastic and willing to take the time to participate in coaching sessions with the Beautiful Village Development Team.
Hopefully, all villages in Cirebon Regency can develop and maximize the potential of their staff in managing village statistical data, so that village policies are well-targeted.
