Submission of Cirebon Regency EPSS Results Tahun 2024

In order to ensure the implementation of quality sectoral statistics, BPS conducts the Evaluation of the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) for all regional governments, ministries and government institutions (K/L). This activity is BPS's effort to measure and capture the maturity of statistical implementation in Indonesia.

This evaluation activity is part of BPS's commitment to providing sectoral statistical guidance to regional governments and ministries/institutions (K/L). EPSS itself provides a measure of the achievement of the implementation of statistical activities in each government agency, both central and regional. Furthermore, in 2024 the results of the EPSS in the form of the Statistical Development Index (IPS) will again be used as one of the indicators of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform in evaluating General Bureaucratic Reform.

Referring to Agency Regulation Number 3 of 2022, there are three stages of EPSS assessment, namely independent assessment by the Internal Assessment Team (TPI), document assessment, and interview assessment, and/or visitation assessment by the Agency Assessment Team (TPB). The output produced is the IPS value.

On Monday, October 28, 2024, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency, @joediharto Trisnadi, accompanied by the Senior Statistician Expert of BPS Cirebon Regency, Yanti Heryanti, submitted the results of the 2024 EPSS assessment to the Head of DISKOMINFO Cirebon Regency, Bambang Sudaryanto. Hopefully, by submitting the results of the EPSS assessment of Cirebon Regency, it can improve the implementation of sectoral statistics in Cirebon Regency in order to support the realization of One Data Indonesia (SDI) and a sustainable National Statistics System (SSN).
