SUSENAS Evaluation and Resume Meeting March and SERUTI Quarter 1 2024

March 25, 2024 | BPS Activities

On Monday, March 25 2024, BPS Cirebon Regency held a March 2024 SUSENAS/SERUTI Activity Evaluation and Resume Meeting. This activity was attended by all SUSENAS/SERUTI officers virtually via the zoom room.
Head of BPS Cirebon Regency @joediharto directly led the meeting to provide evaluation and direction to all SUSENAS/SERUTI officers in March 2024.
There were several important points conveyed by the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency, including the following:
1. BPS Cirebon Regency gives appreciation and appreciation to all SUSENAS/SERUTI officers in March 2024, for their dedication and performance in monitoring SUSENAS/SERUTI data.
2. The "bond of love" between Partners and BPS must grow due to commitment, professionalism and "sense of belonging" in order to produce quality data. This "bond of love" is outlined in the INTEGRITY PACT.
3. Currently SUSENAS/SERUTI data is very strategic because it is used in development planning by the government (3 of the 11 macro development targets for 2020-2024 are calculated using SUSENAS data, 43 of the 114 TPB/SDG indicators are produced from SUSENAS)
4. Various types or characters of respondents were encountered by officers in the field, some were good to "fierce"/uncooperative. Thank you and appreciation to the field officers who have handled this well.
5. Thank you and appreciation to the supervisors and field examiners, who have ensured the quality of data collection in the field.
6. Officers need to improve "probing" or data mining by improving communication skills, knowledge related to concepts and definitions, and "sense of logic".
7. This needs to be done to reduce the percentage of non-response. Currently the district's non-response rate is Cirebon 0.8%. Hopefully in the future non-response can be zero percent.
8. Officers must be more aware of filling out SIMONSUS (SUSENAS Monitoring Information System) so that progress can be known to leaders in real time in the field.
9. Officers must be ready if there are data anomalies that must be corrected.
10. There is a scoring mechanism to assess the performance of officers in the field, this is for internal evaluation by BPS.
