Today, Monday 30 October 2023, all BPS Cirebon Regency employees took part in a ceremony commemorating the 95th Youth Pledge Day at the BPS Cirebon Regency office.
The Head of BPS Cirebon Regency, Judiharto Trisnadi, acted as the ceremony supervisor. Meanwhile, the team leaders served as ceremonial staff.
In his address, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency read out the message from the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia, Dito Ariotedjo.
The Minister of Youth and Sports emphasized the importance of mastering technology, especially information technology in all fields so that young people in Indonesia can compete with other nations throughout the world.
The theme for Youth Pledge Day 2023 as quoted from the Guidebook for Implementing the Commemoration of Youth Pledge Day 2023 published by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) of the Republic of Indonesia is 'Together Advancing Indonesia'.
There are three meanings contained in this theme. Among them are:
1. Building a Spirit of Collaboration from all elements of the Nation in Advancing Indonesia.
2. Strengthening joint work in one step-by-step orchestration through a series of commemorations of the 95th Youth Pledge Day in 2023 to create Advanced Youth.
3. Achieving an increase in the Youth Development Index (IPP) through collaboration across ministries and institutions as well as the government
area.
