On Monday, August 8, 2022, BPS Cirebon Regency held a Monday Morning Apple in the courtyard of the BPS Cirebon Regency office.
Acting as an apple coach is the Head of the Central Statistics Agency of Cirebon Regency, Judiharto Trisnadi, S.ST, MM. and the one who served as the leader of the apple was Arry Widiarto, A.Md.
In his mandate, the Head of BPS Cirebon Regency conveyed the mandate from the Director of Financial Statistics, Information Technology, and Tourism of BPS RI.
The important point conveyed in the mandate was regarding performance indicators in the BPS environment. Performance indicators should be systematically structured and structured to the individual level and oriented towards output/result. For this reason, it is time for BPS employees to change the paradigm that performance is not what is being done, but what is produced.
